The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. panalowin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. panalowin is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. panalowin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify panalowin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
All panalowin Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.
panalowin is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

panalowin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. panalowin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet. panalowin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. panalowin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real Money Funds deposited into your Wallet are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. panalowin reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. Real Money Funds remaining in a dormant account will not be forfeited and remain withdrawable upon reactivation and KYC completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, panalowin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if panalowin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
panalowin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Wallet at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude panalowin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
panalowin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. panalowin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if panalowin reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, panalowin reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your Wallet. Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting panalowin customer support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
panalowin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
